Dr. Cook became a partner in 2004, when St. Charles Vision Outlet expanded with two North Shore offices in Mandeville and Hammond.
Dr. Cook’s academic career began at Southeastern Louisiana University, where she completed her undergraduate studies. While there, she earned a place on the Dean’s List every semester and induction into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She began her optometry studies in 1997 at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, where she joined the American Optometric Student Association and distinguished herself as a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from SCO in 2001, Dr. Cook began her career as a full-time optometrist with Vision Plaza in Hammond and Mandeville. She also worked part time with her father, Dr. Stephen E. Warren, at his private optometry practice in Bogalusa.
Dr. Cook is Louisiana State Board Therapeutic Certified and maintains memberships in the Optometry Association of Louisiana, American Optometric Association, and the New Orleans Contact Lens Society.
She lives in Covington with her husband, Tim, and their two children.
