Dr. Kristi Cook

Dr. Kristi Cook graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. While studying optometry at the distinguished Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, she joined the American Optometric Student Association and earned a place in the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists.

After graduating magna cum laude in 2001, Dr. Cook began her career as a full-time optometrist with Vision Plaza in Mandeville and Hammond as well as working with her father, Dr. Stephen E. Warren, at his private optometric practice in Bogalusa.

Dr. Cook joined St. Charles Vision in 2004 as the group expanded to the Northshore. She is Louisiana State Board Therapeutic Certified and is a member of the Optometry Association of Louisiana, the American Optometric Association and the New Orleans Contact Lens Society.

She lives in Covington with her husband Tim and their two children.
