Dr. Primo was raised in Terrytown, Louisiana and graduated from Archbishop Shaw H.S., LSU and Southern College of Optometry, from which he graduated Cum Laude. He has presented three posters on Corneal Research at national meetings and has been published in Investigative Ophthalmology and Vision Science. He has been practicing primary care optometry with a special interest in dry eye syndrome, complex contact lens fittings, and diseases of the eye. Dr Primo is now in practice at the St Charles Vision Outlet on the West Bank.
