These essential contact lens examinations and return visit examinations are critical to your contact lens success. You must work with your St. Charles Vision doctor to assure your safety, comfort, vision, and health of your eyes. Remember, all return contact lens visits are performed at no further charges. We like you to know as your contact lens specialists, this is a process that requires time and professional management of your needs. We will not give up and ask that you remain consistent with the doctor’s recommendations and progress exam visits. You will have a 90 day trial period and we will provide all trial contact lenses as part of your professional service fees. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your lenses you may return them for a full refund within the 90-day trial period.(This applies to anyone who may have purchased lenses) Doctor’s professional service fees are non-refundable.
Your contact lens professional service fees are charged by complexity of fit, new or former patient examination and will be clearly stated to you by your St. Charles Vision doctor or a member of our professional staff. If any visit is over 3 years, new patient fees apply. Always feel free to ask any questions.
